What to Expect
Our company offers a variety of products and services to suit our clients’ shading, privacy, energy efficiency, and aesthetic needs. Our service package always includes free consultation and installation.
A potential client typically initiates contact with an email or phone call to our office. We take our time to get to know the person’s objectives and budget and to answer any questions. We believe strongly in investing as much time as necessary to make sure we understand exactly what our clients want and need.
Next, we make an appointment to take measurements and show samples at the client’s house, apartment, business, or office. Some customers know right away what they’re looking for; others like to take their time to investigate all options. We often coordinate products from various suppliers to satisfy tastes and budgets. After the product is chosen, we write up a proposal including a price quotation.
If the client deems the quotation acceptable, we take a 50 percent deposit and submit the order. Our suppliers then go to work on assembling the window treatment to our precise measurements and specifications. They usually have the finished product in our hands within two to four weeks. When we receive the product, we call the client to schedule the installation at his or her convenience. After the installation, we collect the balance of the invoice and answer questions about operation and maintenance.
